This means that although the firm is legitimate under FCA regulation, there is no active platform to trade on, and new clients are not being onboarded at this time. As a result, while the company is technically a regulated broker, it’s not operational, and engaging with them for trading purposes isn't possible at the moment.

As the company is not actively offering trading services, there’s no possibility to open a demo account. Personally, I would prefer brokers that offer a demo account to practice trading risk-free before committing any funds, so this is a major downside to London & Oxford right now.

However, their current status of not offering any active services or engaging with new clients raises concerns about their reliability. Without access to their services, it’s difficult to assess their overall trustworthiness and safety as a trading platform. I personally believe it is not safe to engage with them until they resume operations.
