The withdrawal I applied for on March 10th has not been credited to my account. When I contacted customer service, they just said it was being processed. By March 25th, they claimed it couldn’t be paid in BCH due to technical reasons, and my withdrawal request was rejected—the funds were returned to my MT4 account. They then asked me to withdraw in BTC. However, all my deposits were made in BCH, and they charge a 3% fee for BTC withdrawals (their official website states the BTC withdrawal fee as 0.0002 Bitcoin + a $2 handling fee). I accepted this and was charged the 3% withdrawal fee, but the funds still haven’t arrived. Customer service has been unhelpful, just delaying and giving vague responses. I have no choice but to expose this issue here. I opened an account and deposited funds for trading because I saw this platform’s regulated status on your site. I hope your Tianyan platform can assist clients with withdrawals. Thank you.
