EBC Platform: Speedy Trades, Lackluster Service, Limited Instruments

EBC does offer a straightforward trading platform and fairly fast execution. However, my experience has been somewhat marred by less than ideal customer service. Response times to queries and concerns are somewhat inconsistent. The limited range of financial instruments doesn't appeal to my desire for diversified portfolio. It's a decent platform for beginners, but for those looking for a more comprehensive offering and paramount customer service, there may be better options out there.
