When I contacted customer service during the 12:00 noon shift change, I often had to repeat my questions, and the new customer service representative couldn't access the previous records. The last time I inquired about the withdrawal progress, I spoke to two representatives with the same answer, which was a bit of a waste of time. If the handover records can be well connected, users can save time and have a much better experience.
