मैंने इस कंपनी के साथ 4 महीने ट्रेड किया, दो महीने बाद मुझे निकासी के साथ समस्याएँ आनी शुरू हो गईं, निकासी बटन सिर्फ निष्क्रिय हो गया, तकनीकी सहायता ने कोई मदद नहीं की। मैंने समझौते को समाप्त करने का निर्णय लिया, लेकिन यह भी काम नहीं किया, और केवल 1.5 महीने बाद उन्होंने मुझे समाप्ति के लिए समझौता भेजा, लेकिन उसके बाद भी निकासी बटन निष्क्रिय है और कंपनी को कोई जवाब नहीं देती।

does not withdraw money

I traded with this company for 4 months, after two months I started having problems with withdrawals, the withdrawal button simply became inactive, technical support did not help at all. I decided to terminate the contract, but this did not work either, and only after 1.5 months they sent me a contract for termination, but even after that the withdrawal button is inactive and the company does not give any answers.

The Company operates under strict regulatory frameworks and internal compliance policies to ensure full adherence to international standards. Due to current geopolitical developments and international sanctions, particularly those impacting cross-border transactions involving Russia, withdrawals in USD/EUR are restricted. These restrictions are outside the Company's control and are implemented to comply with applicable laws and international regulations. The Company reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal request under one or more specific circumstances: - Provision of incorrect or invalid bank or card details; - Provision of bank details associated with a sanctioned financial institution, which we are legally unable to process as a regulated European broker; - Any other instance where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe the client may be acting in violation of legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements, etc.
