जैसा कि स्क्रीनशॉट में दिखाया गया है, मैं MT4 पर अपना पहला ऑर्डर नहीं दे सकता। मुद्रा जोड़ी और व्यापार के प्रकार के लिए पुलडाउन धूसर और खाली हैं (कोई चयन उपलब्ध नहीं है), भले ही मैं अन्य सभी मापदंडों जैसे कि लॉट नंबर, एसएल और टीपी आदि दर्ज करता हूं। खरीदें / बेचें बटन भी ग्रे हैं। डेमो अकाउंट के लिए फंड 10,000USD है इसलिए फंड की कमी कोई समस्या नहीं है। मैंने पहले ही हेल्पडेस्क से संपर्क किया है लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। क्या कोई इस में मेरी मदद कर सकता है? (मेरे LIVE खाते के साथ भी यही समस्या)

Unable to place my first order on oanda

As shown in the screenshot I cannot seem to place my first ever order on MT4. Pulldowns for Currency Pair and Type of Trade are greyed out and empty (no selection available), even after I enter all other parameters such as lot numbers, SL and TP etc. BUY/SELL buttons are grey too. Fund is there 10,000USD for the Demo Account so shortage of fund is not the issue. I’ve already contacted helpdesk but without answer. Can someone help me with this? (same issue with my LIVE account)
