先是购买会员，以后又叫不亏空，后来又购买凭证，在后来又交保证金，说人工汇款，十多天了到现在，之前询问客服，说排到389，后来就一直没有回复了，到了今天连客服都进不去了，无法询问，在平台上其他都能查看，就是客服无法进入询问，我不恶懂这个平台到底是什么意思，钱给了，结果无法进入客服询问了，不知道这是不是诱导交钱，交了钱就哭管了，这是不是诈骗呢？
