On 19 February 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 2000 USD, which was rejected without any proper written explanation. I have sent multiple emails and reminders, but I have not received any response from the broker. My account has no open trades and no compliance issues have been communicated to me. I have now submitted a withdrawal request of 350 USD (my original deposit) and I am still waiting for processing. The broker is not regulated by any recognized financial authority and is registered in Saint Lucia. I request immediate intervention and resolution of my withdrawal issue.
